Return & Refund Policy

We want every collector to feel confident when purchasing artwork from Manfred Url. Each piece is created with care, and your satisfaction matters to us. Please review the details below.

Returns

Because every painting is individually hand-painted, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged

• The wrong item was delivered

• The item is lost in transit

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, colour variations, or size preferences are not accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damage or the incorrect product

Once confirmed, we will offer either:

• A replacement (if available), or

• A full refund

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once any required return is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your artwork may already be prepared for shipping and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Non-returnable Items

• Original paintings

• Custom or personalized artworks

• Gift cards

• Sale items

These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Shipping for Approved Returns

If a return is approved due to damage or an error on our side, we cover the return shipping cost.
In all other situations, returns cannot be accepted.
